In a mobile browser like Chrome, open
- Touch Order History.
- Swipe to the left of the order you want to return and tap More More.
- Select Request a Refund or Report a Problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
- Complete the form and indicate that you want to receive a refund.
A message will appear that says “Thanks for submitting your questions and concerns.”
You will then receive an email with the refund decision. Typically, the results are sent within 15 minutes, but it may take up to 2 business days.
If you encounter a problem with your refund request, please open a support request with your order confirmation number, which is a number that starts with GPA and was sent to your email at the time the purchase was approved.
