If for any reason one of our content ; being meditation, program, music & sounds , series or history's the audio had stopped or the app had crashed . There is some procedures that can help you :

If this is not what is happen with your device: 

  • Make sure your device is connected to a stable and secure internet network.
  • Uninstall and install Zen again.
  • Make sure you are using the latest available version of the application.
  • Try listening to offline content (some devices already have the version that can listen to Zen content offline, if yours does not have this option you can rest assured that by the end of 2019 everyone will have this function) .
