If for any reason one of our content ; being meditation, program, music & sounds , series or history's the audio had stopped or the app had crashed . There is some os procedures that can help you :

Our team noticed that version 4.2.1 when the content accessed by the "You" > Favorites tab it does not end playback.

Another version has been sent to apple and it is expected that by the end of the week (07/12) a new version will be fixed. In the meantime, access content directly without going through the favorites area.

  • Make sure your device is connected to a stable and secure internet network.
  • Uninstall and install Zen again.
  • Make sure you are using the latest available version of the application.
  • Try listening to offline content (some devices already have the version that can listen to Zen content offline, if yours does not have this option you can rest assured that by the end of 2019 everyone will have this function) .
